Dr. Chris van der Linden

Neurologist & Movement Disorders Specialist

Dr. Chris van der Linden is a neurologist, educated in the United States at Harvard University in Boston and the University of Texas.
At Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, he further specialized in movement disorders.
When he moved to Ghent, he worked as a neurologist at Ghent University Hospital and later at Sint Lucas Hospital Ghent.

He has a special interest in neuromodulation as a treatment tool for numerous neurological disorders such as movement disorders, Gilles de la Tourette, Parkinson's, etc.

He started his Center for Neurology and Orthomolecular Medicine op in Ghent, a medical center that treats and guides people with neurological disorders. It also advises people on a healthy lifestyle with the aim of preventing diseases and healthy aging. Both branches of medicine rely on scientifically based treatments for optimizing health.
