Dr. Thierry Verplancke
Psychiatrist & Psychotherapy Specialist
Dr. Thierry Verplancke did an internship in psychiatry at the University of Antwerp and the Université Catholique de Louvain (2012-2016). He received additional training in Psychotherapy at Ghent University (2010-2013) and is a member of the Circle for Psychoanalysis, New Lacanian School in Ghent.
He did an internship abroad in the GGZ WNB Bergen-op-Zoom, Netherlands (2014-2015) and in the F-ACT teams there.
Before this career change, he was an anesthesiologist-intensivist and an emergency doctor at the OLV in Aalst.
